How to Place an Order

To place an order with 4DrugDiscovery:    

• Order directly from our website by searching for an item using a Catalog, CAS, or MDL number, by searching a structure or substructure or by browsing our product classification list. Simply add the item(s) you need to your shopping cart and follow checkout instructions.
• E-mail your Purchase Order to services@4drugdiscoverys.com or fax it to +1.301.545.2190

       *Please note we do not sell to individuals.

Delivery:    

• All in stock items ship from our 8445 Helgerman Court, Gaithersburg warehouse and are shipped within 24 hours of receiving an order.    
• You may use your own FedEx account number or we can prepay shipping costs and add it to the invoice. 
• DHL available if you are using your own account.

Payment:    

• First time customers are required to make a prepayment by wire, check or credit card. After you place your order we will be in contact for payment information.
• Terms are Net 30 for repeat customers. 
• ACH/wire payments require an e-mailed remittance with payment amount and date.
• Late payments may result in interest charges.
